Langleigh House

Langleigh House is a sheltered housing scheme in Letchworth which was in need of a modern refurbishment.

Similar to Sax House Tina Davies Childs Interiors were contracted to refurbish all the communal areas in the scheme to bring them up to date in a way that would benefit all the residents. From the start our designer Tina suggested extending the living and dining area to make more room for tenants to relax but to also enable a space for an IT/hobby room.

With Langleigh holding regular events in that space it also meant an increased revenue as the capacity of the room could hold was increased.
